Lex Electronica is an electronic review with the aim of informing both jurists and non-jurists of recent developments in the areas of research of the Public Law Research Centre at the Université de Montréal: Law and Information and Communications Technologies,Medical and Environmental Biotechnology Law, and Law and New Social Relations.

Lex Electronica is a bilingual electronic law review (French and English) published three times annually: in winter (January-February), spring (May-June) and fall (September-October).

Articles submitted to Lex Electronica must be formatted in Word (.doc) and accompanied by a 150 to 400 word abstract preferably in both French and English.

If necessary, the review will arrange for the translation from one language to another. Articles received by the editorial Committee are subject to evaluation and approval by our Scientific Committee composed of jurists and experts from Quebec, Canada and the international community.

We are currently putting together the special issue of Lex Electronica for 15th anniversary. This issue concerns Prof. Guy Rocher and his research. We invite all persons interested in publishing an article to submit a complete article before May 30th, 2010.
