Procedure
Except for some special issues, Lex Electronica only publishes original, previously unpublished texts, drafted in French or in English. Every text submitted for publication must be exclusive to the journal. Submissions take place upon the reception of the proposed article. The Editorial team will then be asked to examine the proposal. A proposal will either be accepted or refused. Upon reception, the Editorial team will transmit the article to the Scientific Committee for a general review. Should it feel necessary to do so, the Scientific Committee may request that the author make certain corrections to the article's content. The author must follow the panel's recommendations before presenting a new version of his article to the Editorial Committee. The author must also respect the stipulations outlined in the Editing Charter. Articles held for publication will appear in one of the following issues of Lex Electronica.
